  • Select Take a Survey
  • Type in a Login Name (your real name or any made up name will work)
  • Select a School District (use the drop-down menu to find ALBUQUERQUE DISTRICT)
  • Select a Role (use the drop-down menu to identify your role)
  • Press the Select a School button
  • Select a School by using the drop-down menu
  • Press the Answer the Survey button
